Amie White is an independent colour strategist and founder of Pigment, working at the intersection of colour, interiors and everyday life. She believes that colour is not a finishing touch, but the foundation for shaping how we feel, move and live within a space.

Her approach brings together paint selection, furniture, art and finishing details — unified through colour, materiality and form — to create environments that feel intentional, cohesive and deeply personal.

With a background in experiential design, styling and interior decoration across New Zealand and internationally, Amie combines a refined eye with a collaborative, intuitive process. Her past work includes the development of Aalto Paint’s Master Collection, a project that deepened her technical understanding of colour and how it performs in real homes. In 2025, she launched Pigment, a sister brand offering tailored, brand agnostic paint colour consultations.

Amie approaches each project as an opportunity to reflect the unique personalities, daily rhythms and aspirations of the people who live there — creating spaces that support everyday life, not just aesthetic moments.
